We welcome guests from 2 pm to 10 m to check-in. However, if you want to enjoy the day and check-in earlier, you may leave your luggage at the front desk while your room is getting ready. Guests who wish to check-in later than 10 pm are kindly asked to notify us in advance. Check-out is by 11 am. If necessary, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and pick them up later.

We ask a credit card as a guarantee but we will not use it to pay the invoice. Any cancellation made within 48 hours prior your expected check-in will be fully charged. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Amex, Postcard and EC-Direct. Currencies accepted: Swiss Francs and Euros.
